Organisation in science and well underestanding that only this way "critic masses" can be exceeded. "critic masses" which condition the obtaining of valuable results, in the present time this is the objective of the european scientifical asociations. Romania promoted and contribuited to many scientifical discoveries of the World and may represent in the future an important scientific country, if "a space" where the scientific talents can work will be created so that the young generation can extend their intelligence based on thei experience and the existing scientifical tradition in all fields. |
