Article 51 Between the meetings of the General Assembly of the Academy the articles of the Statute shall be interpreted by the Presidium.
Article 52 The dissolving of the Academy shall be decided by the General Assembly by the ballot of 2/3 of the total number of sitting and corresponding members of the Academy; the liquidation of the patrimony will be carried out according to the law.
Article 53 This Statute and its Implementing Regulations may be altered by the General Assembly on the proposal of the Presidium of the Academy or of 1/3 of the total number of its members.
Article 54 The Academy has its own stamp, badge and signs, approved by the General Assembly.
The stamp of the Academy shall be authenticated by the signature of the president or that of the persons authorized by him.
